The Onus of giving an impetus to the impregnable desire of exhibiting creative genius in every child lies with the Educational Institution . The paradism shift in the role of an educational institution owing to the tough competition to outshine others and changing scenario has made it imperative for it to give direction to the creativity and innovative ideas of child as this creativity and ingenuity in him will enable him to transform the society. The foremost objective of an educational institution is to unleash the coverted talents lying dormant in children by igniting their young minds and fostering the spirit of enquiry in them. Intellect, logic, creativity and talent require food of exposure to thrive and grow in this age of dynamism. Identifying the need of the hour, OPJMS is unabatedly proving exposure to the students by motivating them to participate in myriad of intra and inter school competitions and examinations conducted at National and State levels.

Recently, Anshul Chirrang, Mrinaal Narang and Shubham Beniwal of OPJMS participated in State Level Talent Search Examination held in November 2008 conducted at State level. They were able to hold aloft the name of their alma mater by getting qualifying the first phase of the examination from Haryana State. These students will be trained to qualify the second phase of the examination qualifying which they will be eligible for the scholarship.
