The OPJMS Interact Club had its charter installation on 13th July 2009 under the able guidance of Mr N C Mathur, Coordinator for 12 Districts in India. Also present on the occasion were Rotarian Mr Ashok Grover and Rotarian Harish Raheja of The Rotary Central Hisar Club, who have sponsored this Interact Club. 42 children from classes IX to XI were duly installed and the Board of Directors was briefed about their duties.
The interact club is associated with the Rotary Club and plans to conduct projects like ‘Each One Teach One’, ‘Tree Plantation’, ‘Blood Donation’ etc. With their efforts and clubbing together with other clubs globally the members aim at creating awareness amongst the masses for a green and peaceful world.
